General

How does your recurring pet waste removal service work?

We visit on the same scheduled day each week, scoop every pile we can safely reach, and bag the waste. You'll get a text when we're on the way, a confirmation when we're done, and a photo of your closed gate after every visit — so you always know your pup is secure.

Do I need to be home when you come?

Nope! As long as we can access your yard, you can be at work, running errands, or anywhere else. We'll text you before we arrive and again when the job is done, complete with a photo of your closed gate.

Can my dogs be outside during the visit?

Friendly dogs are welcome to stay out and supervise — most of them enjoy the company. If your dog is aggressive or gets anxious around new people, we ask that they be secured inside during your service window so everyone stays safe.

Are your technicians background-checked?

Yes. Every member of our team is a trusted, background-checked pet professional. We take yard access seriously — you're letting us onto your property, and we treat that trust with care.

What is the United Guarantee?

It's simple: if you're not happy with your service, let us know within 24 hours and we'll re-clean the area at no charge. We want every visit to leave your yard the way you expect it.

Do you clean litter boxes or dog runs?

No — we stick to what we do best: scooping pet waste from yards and outdoor spaces. We don't service litter boxes or dog runs.

Scheduling & Pricing

How much does the service cost?

Pricing depends on your yard size, the number of dogs, and how often you'd like us to visit. The fastest way to find out is to grab a free quote online — it only takes a minute, and there's no obligation.

Do I have to sign a contract?

Never. There are no contracts and no hidden fees — you can start, pause, or cancel your service anytime. We'd rather earn your business every week than lock you into anything.

Can I choose which day of the week you come?

Our service days are route-based and fixed — a lot like trash collection. That's what lets us show up reliably on the same day every week. When you sign up, we'll let you know which day your route runs.

How often can you come?

We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and one-time service. About 90% of our customers choose weekly — it keeps the yard consistently clean and is the most cost-effective way to stay on top of things.

What happens in the winter or bad weather?

We work in most weather conditions. If conditions become hazardous or heavy snow makes scooping impossible, we pause that visit and complete it the following week — your pricing stays exactly the same.

What if my gate is locked on service day?

We'll attempt to reach you first. If we can't get access to the yard, your visit moves to the following week, and the visit is billed as scheduled unless you give us at least 24 hours' notice.

Residential Pet Waste Removal

Which parts of my yard do you clean?

Standard service covers one yard area - usually the backyard, but it can be the front yard if that’s where your dog goes. About 90% of customers only need one area serviced. If your dog regularly uses both the front and backyard, we can clean both for a small additional charge to cover our extra time cleaning.

What do you do with the waste?

By default, we bag it and place it in your own trash can. Prefer it gone entirely? Haul-away is available as an add-on and we'll take it off your property with us.

How do I know you actually showed up?

You'll get a text when we're on the way, a completion confirmation when we're finished, and a photo of your closed gate after every visit. No guessing, no wondering — you'll see it for yourself.

Do you sanitize your equipment between yards?

Yes. Our tools are sanitized between properties and we follow hygienic practices at every stop to prevent cross-contamination between yards. Your dogs' health matters to us as much as your clean lawn.

Why hire a professional instead of scooping it myself?

Because your weekends are worth more than poop patrol. Regular cleanup helps reduce bacteria, parasites, and odors — and a consistent weekly visit from a background-checked pro means the yard stays ready for kids, guests, and bare feet.

Can I try the service before committing?

There's nothing to commit to — we have no contracts, so you can start, pause, or cancel anytime. And when you sign up for monthly service, your first week is free with code FIRSTWEEK.

Commercial Services

What types of commercial properties do you serve?

We work with apartment complexes, HOAs, and businesses across the Muncie area. If your property has shared green space and resident dogs, we can keep it clean.

What does commercial service include?

Recurring pet waste removal for your common areas and grounds on a reliable schedule, handled by background-checked professionals. We can also install and maintain pet waste stations to keep things tidy between visits.

Do you install pet waste stations too?

Yes — waste station installation and ongoing maintenance is one of our core services. We'll handle the install, keep the bag dispensers stocked, and empty the bins so your grounds crew doesn't have to.

Are commercial clients locked into a contract?

No. Just like our residential service, there are no contracts and no hidden fees. Start, pause, or cancel anytime — we keep your business by doing great work, not with fine print.

How is commercial pricing determined?

Pricing depends on the size of the property, the areas to be serviced, and how often you'd like us to visit. Request a free quote online and we'll put together a plan that fits your property.

One-Time Cleanups

When does a one-time cleanup make sense?

Spring catch-ups after the snow melts, move-in or move-out cleanings, prepping the yard before a party or event, or any time things have gotten away from you. One visit and your yard gets a fresh start.

How are one-time cleanups priced?

One-time cleanups are priced based on the time the job takes — a yard that hasn't been touched all winter takes longer than a light tidy-up. For ongoing upkeep, recurring service is the most cost-effective option.

My yard hasn't been cleaned in months. Can you handle it?

Absolutely — catch-up cleanups are exactly what this service is for. We'll do the heavy lifting so you don't have to, and if you'd like to keep it that way, switching to weekly service afterward is easy.

What happens to the waste after a one-time cleanup?

We bag everything and place it in your trash can by default. If you'd rather it leave with us, haul-away is available as an add-on.

Can I switch from a one-time cleanup to regular service?

Anytime you like. There are no contracts, so you can move to weekly or bi-weekly service whenever you're ready — 90% of our customers choose weekly, and switching is as easy as a text.

Waste Station Installation & Maintenance

What is a pet waste station?

A pet waste station is a dedicated fixture — typically a bag dispenser paired with a covered waste bin — that gives dog owners an easy, obvious place to bag and toss waste. They're a simple way to keep shared spaces cleaner.

Who are waste stations for?

Apartment communities, HOAs, parks, and businesses — anywhere dogs and their people share outdoor space. Well-placed stations make it easy for residents and visitors to do the right thing.

What does the maintenance side include?

We restock the bag dispensers and empty the waste bins on an ongoing schedule, so your stations always work when someone reaches for a bag — and never overflow.

Do you handle the installation too?

Yes — we take care of both installation and ongoing maintenance, so you get a complete solution rather than a piece of equipment that becomes someone else's chore.

How do I get started with waste stations for my property?
