These terms cover use of the United Pooper Scoopers website and our pet waste removal services. They're short and plain on purpose — if anything is unclear, just ask us.
1. Acceptance of terms
These terms apply to your use of unitedpooperscoopers.com and the services provided by United Pooper Scoopers, a DBA of Argos Partners II, LLC. By using this website or signing up for service, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
We provide pet waste removal for residential and commercial properties in Muncie, Indiana and surrounding communities. Service details, frequency, and scope are confirmed when you sign up. To provide service we need reasonable access to your yard on your scheduled service day.
3. Pricing and payment
Pricing is based on factors such as yard size, number of dogs, and service frequency, and is quoted before service begins. Billing is handled through our client portal. There are no contracts — you can start, pause, or cancel service at any time.
4. Access, scheduling, and weather
If we cannot access your yard on your scheduled day (for example, a locked gate), we will attempt to reach you; without access, the visit moves to the following week and is billed as scheduled unless you give us at least 24 hours' notice. In hazardous weather or heavy snow, service may be paused and completed the following week with pricing unchanged.
5. Satisfaction
If you're not happy with your service, let us know within 24 hours and we'll re-clean the area at no charge.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, United Pooper Scoopers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Delaware County, Indiana, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
